The process of bringing BAAB's strategic plan to life day-to-day is conducted by a staff team (consisting of BAAB employees and contractors) headed up by the Lead Accreditation Officer. On matters relating to BAAB's quality assurance and enhancement role they work closely with the Chair of the Accreditation Committee
Nina Paterson
Lead Accreditation Officer
Nina Paterson works for British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB) three days a week. She leads the work of the organisation and oversees the accreditation activity, working closely with the accreditation officer(s) to do so. Working with the Board, the accreditation committee and their respective Chairs, Nina's role is to ensure BAAB’s strategic vision is met and operationalised – ensuring excellence in Acupuncture Education.
Petra Nannes
Secretary to the Board
Petra works for the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB) two days a week. Dealing with the Board agenda, papers and minutes, manages the Boards financial record keeping and ensures that the Board meets the requirements of Companies House.
Angela Scutts
Secretary to The Accreditation Committee
Angela works for the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB) two days a week. Dealing with the Accreditation Committee agenda, papers and minutes, updates the website, and has most contact with the teaching institutions.
